    Replacements are our preferred resolution for damaged, defective, or lost items. Refunds will only be issued as a last resort.

    3. Lost or Missing Packages:
    Customers are responsible for tracking their packages and contacting USPS for assistance if a package is delayed.
    If USPS confirms a package is lost and not delivered, we will provide a free replacement.
    We are not responsible for items marked as "delivered" by USPS but not received due to theft or mis delivery.

    4. Returns:
    Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.
    Custom Engraved Items: Items with custom engravings (e.g., ornaments or tags) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

    5. Damaged Items:
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with clear photos of the damaged product. A replacement will be sent free of charge.

    6. Cancellations:
    Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations may not be possible as we begin processing your order.
